IronGPU License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of any software, firmware, utilities, or bundled applications ("Software") provided with IronGPU hardware systems manufactured by Ironman Inc.

1. License Grant

Ironman Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely with IronGPU hardware. This license is valid only for the original purchaser and only for the duration of ownership of the hardware system.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• The Software may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or installed on non-IronGPU hardware.
• Any attempt to tamper with licensing mechanisms or circumvent security is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the sole property of Ironman Inc or its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Updates & Support

• IronGPU may provide updates or patches to improve functionality or security.
• Support is available under an active service contract or warranty agreement.
• Use of updates is subject to this same license unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ironman Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ironman Inc be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failure.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes must be resolved in FMassachusetts state or federal courts.
